Karnage – New Jura Négoce Karnage is a collaboration between Stéphane Planche a sommelier at the high-end Arbois restaurant called Maison Jeunet, currently he own a wine store Les Jardins de in the very centre of Arbois. The second person part in crime in Karnage it is the négoce producer Charles Dagand. They have created the Karnage project, sorting grapes from around France and make the wine in Arbois. A savory wines with meaty, herbal and minerally qualities, dark fruit, garrigues with a tension acidity with a full rich mouthful. The palate is refreshing with complex core of fruit and herbs. The grapes are 50% Alicante Bouschet and 50% Merlot from the city of Carcassonne in Languedoc.
