2020 "Cantina Giardino" Gaia - Paski - Tarara - Volpe Rosa.

Cantina Giardino are located in  Contrada Petrara, 21/B, 83031 Ariano Irpino AV, Italy.  Very close to the famous DOCG of Campania, "Taurasi". They actually own vineyard in the famous "Montemarano cru". All their vineyards  are on many soil types as calcareous marls, volcanic deposits and limestone.  Antonio and Daniela from Giardino are famous to preserve old vineyards in Irpinia and around Campania, always with high altitude. They also try to preserve the region’s authoctonous grape varietals as Coda di Volpe bianca and Coda di Volpe Rosso, preserving old vines and try to express them in a very pure terroir driven. All the wines fermented spontaneous with their own yeast, sulphur is never added at any stage. The farming is pure and ancient without chemical; also they try to speak with nature to adapt the vintage to the millésime.
