The free-run juice undergoes a natural fermentation process and is then aged for 12 months in seasoned 500-liter oak barrels. The flavor profile of this wine showcases rich notes of ripe stone fruits, complemented by a hint of honey and subtle spice. It has a smooth, well-rounded palate with a touch of vanilla from the oak aging, balanced by a lively acidity and a lingering, mineral-driven finish.

021 Trauben Liebe und Zeit Karmin N12

100 % Blauer Wildbacher from stony mineral soil Gneiss and Silica.

The grapes are handpicked with meticulous attention, selecting only the ripest and healthiest fruit. After destemming and a light crush, the juice spends three hours on the skins for added complexity. The wine is then gently pressed and undergoes natural fermentation, followed by 12 months of aging in 500-liter wooden barrels—predominantly oak, with a touch of acacia. This wine greets the palate with vibrant notes of ripe citrus and stone fruits, Rasberry and underripe strawberry, underscored by delicate floral hints. The brief skin contact adds a subtle texture, while the oak and acacia aging impart gentle layers of vanilla and sweet spice. A fresh acidity balances the richness, leading to a long, elegant finish with a touch of minerality.

2019 Trauben Liebe und Zeit Rot N10

100% Zweigelt from soil that has significant iron and silicon content.

Handpicked with precision, the grapes are left to ferment naturally for four weeks, embracing their full potential. After a gentle press, the wine matures for 24 months in a mix of seasoned barrels (225-liter, 500-liter, and 300-liter), adding depth and complexity before being bottled. This wine unfolds with vibrant flavors of juicy blackberry and mix fruits rouge, intertwined with a touch of spice. The extended barrel aging adds a nuanced layer of toasted nuts and subtle vanilla, while a crisp acidity brings balance and freshness. The finish is smooth and lingering, with a delicate minerality that rounds out the experience. Savory and saline.
